New Model of the Universe by Enrique Alvarez Vita - Summary

Peruvian mathematician Mr. Enrique Álvarez Vita may have found a way to replace renormalization through the use of a fractal organization in the quantum vacuum. In his model gravity is reconciled with the other forces of nature and much more. 

A form of 'energy drain' for the electrogravitational fluid into the fractal structure is found. It could be a foundational contribution. Symmetry between matter-anti-matter is proposed and virtual and real particles add up into finite values in a model that focuses on a mathematical infinite series of matter-anti-matter universes located at different fractal scales. 

Mr. Enrique Alvarez Vita doesn’t speak or write in English and is not a university Professor but did study mathematics and physics and I translated his work as it seems to be promising and worth getting accredited reviews. Starting from unique approach implying virtual and real sublevels in the vacuum while still working with the standard model. May it relate with sublevels of the quantum hologram as matter-anti matter sublevel aspects in the vacuum? There also are interesting geometric vector representations with scalars and complex numbers illustrating the ideas. 

Another physicist commented that "the paper deals with vacuum polarization, suggesting that taking gravitation into consideration results in a fractal vacuum structure with no divergencies in the (fractal, i.e. auto-similar) summation, in contrast with standard normalization. This would solve one of the most important problems in quantum field theory."

It is a physical model where the particles and anti-particles of the quantum vacuum, which in turn contains sub-levels of quantum vacuum, polarize electrical charges and the color of leptons and quarks in an infinite convergent sequence that includes gravity, which facilitates its incorporation with the other fundamental forces of nature. 

From a philosophical perspective, the model provides support for the possible existence of a universe that would constitute a neutralized vacuum, noumenal in nature, which would manifest itself as a phenomenal duality in infinite universes of matter and anti-matter of a fractal nature, each contained within the other forming a single reality.

Gravity is polarized under the fractal quantum effects of virtual anti-particles; the infinite remains trapped and gravity is captured.  At large distances the potential gravitational energy is negative but at Planck scales, where nuclear and electric forces become relevant, it polarizes and converges with the other forces in the intrinsic energy of mass and of E =MC²
